Задачи
•Identify and build partnerships with potential student recruitment agencies and other educational or training providers
•Help the team achieve student recruitment targets for each intake
•Build and maintain relationships with company stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers
•Analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction with company products and services
•Support programme management team members in maximizing enrolment
•Attend business meetings and regularly train new recruiting partners
•Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning
•Analyze financial data and develop strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits
•Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
•Collaborate with company executives to determine viable, cost-effective approaches to pursuing new business opportunities
•Meet potential partners to present company offerings and negotiate business deals
Требования
•Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
•Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
•Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
•Ability to travel as needed
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
