Description
MHP develops software-defined mobility and defence solutions, including SDV and SDD solutions related to ADAS, connectivity, and AI. Its portfolio serves OEMs, suppliers, technology providers in the defence industry, public clients, and security and defence organizations.
Tasks
•Identify and define a future-oriented software-defined vehicle solutions portfolio as business owner, and deliver customer projects as project lead in one of five focus areas: Infotainment & Digital Experience, Connectivity & OTA (Over-the-Air), Assisted & Autonomous Driving Technologies (ADAS/AD), Automotive Cyber Security, or Vehicle Data & AI
•Strategically develop and transform the portfolio in the context of SDD (Software-defined Defence) and SDX (Software-defined Everything)
•Own the go-to-market strategy for selected SDV solutions, including positioning, pricing, and offer design
•Identify, qualify, and convert customers and business opportunities for SDV/SDD-related software, platform, and AI solutions for public clients and security and defence organizations
•Build thought leadership through whitepapers, presentations, panels, and market contributions
Requirements
•Degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration with a technical focus, or a comparable field
•More than 6 years of professional experience in strategy or management consulting, corporate strategy, the automotive industry, and/or the defence industry
•Expertise in a relevant SDV/SDD area and program or project management, preferably in an industrial or technology-focused environment
•Strong interest in holistic business development and solid knowledge of market developments in the defence industry and public sector
•Confident handling of complex stakeholder structures, with analytical and business acumen
•German and English proficiency
•Flexibility and willingness to travel
Conditions
•40 hours per week
•30 days of annual leave
•Start date by agreement, always at the beginning of a month
