About the Role
Do you love travel, exceptional hotels and events, and are you ready for a new challenge? Would you like to be part of an ambitious team at a fast-growing, internationally active company that offers attractive benefits and excellent development opportunities? Then you've come to the right place! As a Junior Business Analyst Sales (m/f/x) at Travelcircus, you ensure that our Sales team is always working on the right leads.
Responsibilities
•Identify and qualify leads: You research potential hotel partners, assess their suitability against defined criteria, and ensure that the Sales team receives a sufficient number of high-quality, up-to-date and actionable leads.
•Set priorities: You assess leads according to strategic relevance, hotel appeal, deal potential and likelihood of success. If the strategy or market situation changes, you adjust the prioritization.
•Systematically monitor competitors: You analyze relevant competitors and booking platforms, identify potential partners, and spot attractive offers and price advantages.
•Reliably verify price advantages: You compare offers while taking into account travel dates, room category, occupancy, meals, cancellation policies and additional costs.
•Identify hotels with marketing potential: You develop a sound sense of which hotels can make an impact on social media through their distinctive design, location and impressive images.
•Track lead handling: You ensure clear ownership, agreed next steps and transparent progress updates. You firmly request feedback and results, and escalate delays to Sales leadership.
•Analyze and present results: You prepare analyses in Excel and present findings, progress and concrete recommendations for action clearly in PowerPoint.
•Use AI productively: You use ChatGPT, Claude and similar applications to speed up research, data preparation, analysis and recurring tasks. You independently check the results for accuracy and usability.
