Aufgaben
•Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation through data-driven analysis
•Create analyses and automated reports in BI tools to visualize and document metrics and improve service quality and output
•Develop data-driven solutions using SQL queries and write code for data processing, automation, and data source integration
•Understand ETL data flows and optimize data pipelines to ensure data quality and availability
•Bridge business and IT and promote data-driven decision-making
Anforderungen
•Degree in business administration, business information systems, computer science, or industrial engineering
•Initial experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable analytical role
•Solid knowledge of Qlik Sense and/or Power BI and practical experience developing dashboards and reports
•Solid SQL and PowerQuery skills for data querying, cleansing, and transformation
•Good knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and modern data platforms such as Databricks
•Fluent German and solid English skills, spoken and written
