What you will do
•Gather, analyze, and formalize requirements from internal stakeholders and international B2B clients.
•Model and optimize As-Is and To-Be business processes using BPMN and UML.
•Prepare technical specifications, user stories, use cases, BRD, SRS, and acceptance criteria for development and IT teams.
•Design international payment scenarios and API integrations with FinTech platforms and legal services.
•Build project roadmaps, decompose tasks, plan sprints, and control timelines from idea to release.
•Facilitate Agile ceremonies and proactively manage development risks and blockers.
Requirements
•5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Project Manager.
•Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, UML, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
•Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, web service architecture, and basic SQL queries.
•Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Miro, Figma, or Visio.
•Ability to use AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude for documentation and hypothesis generation.
•English at B2/C1 level and fluent Georgian are required.

•Experience in Gamedev, FinTech, or E-commerce.
