Responsibilities
•Support and grow client relationships within projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and additional value
•Present the company's technical and business decisions to clients
•Respond professionally to questions and pushback, escalating when needed
•Manage the backlog by gathering, clarifying, and prioritising requirements, then breaking them down into actionable team tasks
•Maintain project plans, release roadmaps, and sprint goals, adjusting them as priorities shift
•Coordinate cross-functional team activities, track progress, and help remove blockers
•Facilitate agile ceremonies and support delivery within scope, timeline, and quality
•Use AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity in documentation, reporting, task automation, and decision support
•Contribute ideas for workflow improvements across client engagements
Requirements
•At least 2 years of project management experience in an IT outsourcing company
•Confident English for daily client communication, calls, and written correspondence
•Experience working directly with international clients and professionally representing the company's position
•Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience facilitating team activities in an Agile framework
•Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
•Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI copilots for daily tasks, reporting, or documentation
Nice to have
•Experience handling more than one client or project simultaneously
