About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) specialized in Odoo ERP to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The BA will work closely with stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, design optimized workflows, and ensure successful Odoo adoption across the Company.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
•Engage with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into functional specifications.
•Map current processes and design optimized workflows using Odoo modules.
•Document business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
System Design & Customization
•Collaborate with Odoo consultants and developers to design and configure solutions.
•Validate feasibility of customizations and integrations.
•Ensure alignment of system functionality with business processes.
Testing & Validation
•Define acceptance criteria and support QA/testing activities.
•Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders.
•Ensure data consistency and accuracy during migration.
Change Management & Training
•Support end-users with documentation, manuals, and training sessions.
•Promote adoption and address resistance by demonstrating business value.
•Act as a key point of contact between IT and business units.
Continuous Improvement
•Monitor system performance and gather user feedback post-implementation.
•Recommend enhancements and new Odoo features to improve efficiency.
Requirements
•3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Odoo experience required).
•Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
•Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
•Experience with ERP implementation life cycle (from design to go-live).
•Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or Odoo Studio is a plus.
•Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
•Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
