Are you someone who enjoys turning complex business needs into clear, well-structured solutions? We're looking for a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities
•Work side by side with clients to identify, analyse and specify their business requirements
•Model and document business processes using BPMN
•Produce clear, high-quality functional documentation
•Provide user support and deliver training sessions
•Guide clients through decisions, acting as a trusted point of reference throughout the project
Requirements
•2 to 3 years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis and specification with clients
•Fluency in Portuguese and French, both written and spoken (mandatory)
•Solid knowledge of BPMN
•Strong analytical skills, a critical mindset and great attention to detail
•Experience in user support and training
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to learn quickly, retain information and apply knowledge to new situations
•Strong organisational skills and a structured, systematic approach to work
•Availability to travel to Luxembourg
