Требования
•At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
•Experience eliciting, analyzing, decomposing, and formalizing requirements using artifacts such as WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&S, BRD, and Business Cases
•Experience managing requirements throughout the lifecycle, including traceability, impact analysis, and change management
•Experience in the insurance domain
•Experience modeling business processes with BPMN and using UML diagrams and models
•Hands-on experience or a solid understanding of system analysis, including SQL, database modeling, data analysis, and integration research and description
•Knowledge of core UI/UX principles and proficiency with prototyping tools such as Figma
•Understanding of the SDLC and Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
•Experience identifying, analyzing, and managing stakeholder expectations
•Understanding of project risk management fundamentals at the requirements level
•Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex business processes and propose optimization methods
•Teamwork skills and the ability to find common ground with others
•English proficiency at B2 level or higher
