Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with knowledge of AI to join a stable project in the insurance sector.
Requirements
•Experience as a Business Analyst.
•Mandatory experience in the insurance sector, especially in claims or products.
•Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
•Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
•English at B2 level or above.
•Understanding of AI and LLM capabilities and limitations.
•Conversational AI, intent recognition, and NLP.
•Validation of AI results.
•Confidence thresholds and human-in-the-loop principles.
•Multi-agent architectures.
•Responsible AI (explainability, bias mitigation, and auditability).
Nice to have:
•Basic knowledge of Spring Boot.
•Basic knowledge of Java.
•Basic knowledge of Angular.
•Basic knowledge of databases.
