•Lead business analysis efforts across multiple project streams and stakeholder groups
•Collaborate with scientific experts to capture and interpret complex business needs
•Define and document detailed requirements aligned with project goals
•Manage and prioritize the project backlog according to business and technical priorities
•Guide the technical design process to ensure consistency with business objectives
•Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for stakeholder clarity
•Provide expert analysis and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
Требования:
•Background in biology, chemistry, or bioinformatics
•Experience in business analysis or product management
•Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
•Understanding of clinical trials, laboratory automation, or drug discovery domains
•English at B2+ level, spoken and written
•Nice to have: experience working in a laboratory environment, skills in system analysis or data analysis
