About the Role
Would you like to have a real impact on the development of modern banking for businesses and co-create solutions used by thousands of business clients every day? We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a strategic digital banking development program at one of the largest banks in Poland. This is not a role focused solely on gathering requirements. You will co-create the future of digital channels for business and corporate clients, taking part in product design from idea to implementation.
Responsibilities
•Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to identify and analyze requirements.
•Analyze customer needs, user behavior, and product data.
•Model As-Is and To-Be business processes and identify areas for optimization.
•Create epics, user stories, and business and functional requirements documentation.
•Actively participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and clarifying requirements.
•Work closely with UX/UI teams, architects, system analysts, and developers.
•Define integration requirements between banking systems, digital channels, and external solutions.
•Prepare test scenarios and test cases, and coordinate UAT testing.
•Monitor, analyze, and manage defects identified during testing.
•Identify risks, dependencies, and potential obstacles that may affect project delivery.
•Collaborate with compliance and security teams, technology partners, and external vendors.
•Support the design and development of modern digital banking products for business and corporate clients.
Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role.
•Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or the financial sector.
•Knowledge of digital banking for business and corporate clients.
•Experience working in Agile/Scrum.
•Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
•Ability to model processes in BPMN.
•Experience creating user stories, backlogs, and analytical documentation.
•Experience conducting UAT tests and preparing test scenarios.
•Knowledge of AML/KYC, security, and banking regulations.
•Ability to collaborate across business and IT.
Nice to have
•Experience in the financial industry, preferably banking.
•Experience or interest in developing skills in AI/LLM.
