Its IT service provider develops and operates a complex IT system landscape in close coordination with its customers. The relevant IT domain supports applications for real estate and administrative management and provides specialized software solutions for internal administration.
Aufgaben
•Bridge users' business requirements and technical implementation by analyzing complex business processes, defining clear requirements, and contributing to their design and implementation
•Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements with customer departments
•Model and optimize business processes and turn them into business concepts, user stories, and specifications
•Coordinate and support integration and implementation projects with development, operations, and external service providers
•Conduct feasibility analyses and assess solutions against the existing system landscape
•Advise business departments, particularly on process modeling
•Represent IT topics to internal customers and stakeholders with a service- and solution-oriented approach
•Contribute hands-on to implementation from concept through technical realization
•Configure systems and create automations
Anforderungen
•Completed higher education in IT (Bachelor's degree or University of Applied Sciences diploma), an equivalent qualification, completed vocational training in IT, or at least five years of practical IT experience
•At least three years of professional experience in business analysis or requirements engineering in a complex IT environment
•Proven practical experience in system integration and modern interface technologies
•Knowledge of common project or process management methods
•Negotiation-level German, spoken and written
•Ability to quickly learn existing software architectures and operational processes and help solve technical problems hands-on
•Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a pragmatic, can-do attitude
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills to explain technical matters to business departments and vice versa
•Particular reliability and integrity are required because the position is vulnerable to corruption
