Responsibilities
•Analyze complex challenges in the Corporate Domain Finance, Procurement & Controlling and translate strategic goals into actionable solutions with measurable value
•Connect business units, Product Owners, architects, and IT teams to create a shared understanding of goals, requirements, and solution options
•Facilitate workshops and decision-making processes and support stakeholders with prioritization and conflicting objectives
•Model processes, information, and relationships; ensure solutions fit the enterprise architecture and existing SAP system landscape
•Strengthen the business analysis community at 50Hertz and develop methods, standards, and best practices
Requirements
•Degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, energy economics, or a related field
•Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a comparable role in complex transformation, product, or digitalization initiatives
•Practical experience with SAP-supported business processes and knowledge of at least one relevant SAP module, preferably SAP FI, CO, or MM
•Proficiency in requirements engineering, business process analysis, and modeling processes, information, and dependencies; ability to develop clear, testable requirements
•Analytical and systemic thinking, audience-appropriate communication, and confident, solution-oriented facilitation amid differing interests and conflicting objectives
•Experience in agile or hybrid product and project teams and confident use of Jira, Confluence, and collaborative modeling tools
•Experience applying AI-powered tools in a professional context
•German and English at C1 level or higher, spoken and written
Nice to have
•BPMN, UML, or ArchiMate and experience working with enterprise, business, and solution architecture
•SAP Signavio and other SAP solutions
•End-to-end processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Budget, or Source-to-Contract
•Knowledge of the energy sector
•French and/or Dutch
