Overview
Overall responsibility for management of customer bids in the system and solution business and for ensuring a professional bid management approach.
Responsibilities
•Manage bids and guide all bids to a bid decision within the agreed timelines
•Entrepreneurial responsibility for timely, economical, and high-quality proposal preparation up to contract signature
•Adherence to the approval process at all management levels
•Project planning (determining bid costs, resource requirements, and creating a schedule for proposal preparation)
•Ensure bid compliance with internal governance and applicable procurement regulations
Requirements
•Expertise in commercial structuring for complex technology solutions
•Knowledge of UC solutions and systems integration models
•Ability to manage multi-party projects and contractual complexity
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
•Familiarity with risk assessment and compliance processes
•Bilingual - German / English proficiency at the business standard required
