Responsibilities
•Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
•Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Metabase
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions
•Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
•Develop and manage data pipelines and workflows to streamline data integration and processing
•Track KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance
•Support senior analysts and data engineers on larger projects and contribute to strategic initiatives
Requirements
•Upper-intermediate SQL skills
•University degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
•At least two years of experience in a relevant position in iGaming, online products, or e-commerce
•Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets
•Knowledge of data discovery methodology
•Understanding of metrics related to online business, including web, product, CRM, and general financial metrics
•Experience analyzing CRM campaigns and player retention metrics
•Understanding of customer segmentation, engagement strategies, and promotional analytics
•Experience with Tableau and other BI tools
•Proactive communication and presentation skills for communicating with team members, external data providers, and C-level stakeholders
•Ability to work on-site
•Analytical thinking, attention to detail, collaboration, adaptability, business acumen, and proactivity
