Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)
We are looking for professionals with experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) to support financial operations, customer services, risk management, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
•Support banking, financial services, insurance, or related operational processes
•Review and process financial transactions, customer accounts, and supporting documentation
•Perform account reviews, reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis, as applicable
•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational controls
•Identify discrepancies, assess potential risks, and escalate issues when necessary
•Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure service quality and operational efficiency
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics, or a related field
•Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, fintech, risk, compliance, or BPO/shared services is preferred
•Knowledge of financial operations, customer due diligence, fraud prevention, risk assessment, or regulatory compliance is an advantage
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; relevant systems or industry-specific tools are an advantage
•Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
