Aros is the largest phone accessories and spare parts trading company in Uzbekistan. We are its in-house IT team: we build and develop the core management system, employee monitoring (Staff), finance (Finance), and analytics software ourselves. The code you write will be used in a real, running business the next day. Our team is small — every developer has full ownership of their area.
Requirements
•You can work without restrictions with Claude Code / AI tools. We need someone who can increase their speed 3–5 times by using AI. What matters is that you can understand and check AI-generated code and take responsibility for it.
•You are responsible about working hours, discipline, and deadlines.
•When you see a problem, you can offer your own solution and do not say, "That's not my job."
•You can guide junior developers, do code reviews, and justify your technical decisions.
•Backend is your main area, but you are willing to take on frontend when needed. Our backend developers successfully handle frontend work too.
•At least 2–3 years of practical experience with Python + Django / DRF.
•PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization.
•Experience designing REST APIs.
•Git, GitLab.
•Docker, Elasticsearch.
•Redis, Celery.
•Writing tests (pytest).
•Frontend fundamentals (JS/HTML/CSS) do not have to be perfect, but you should not be afraid of them.
Conditions
•Salary: 81,000 ₽/month.

•Work schedule: office in Tashkent, 5/2, 08:00–17:00.
