UMA is partnering with a fast-growing agentic AI company that transforms complex manual processes into intelligent, automated workflows for large organisations.
What you will do
•Lead discovery with enterprise customers across Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, and other functions to understand complex processes, systems, and pain points.
•Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to redesign or automate workflows using AI, challenging established ways of working rather than simply digitising them.
•Translate business problems into clear solution blueprints, requirements, and process flows.
•Map integrations, APIs, data flows, and dependencies across enterprise systems.
•Collaborate with AI Engineers and Architects from initial concept through delivery and UAT.
•Define success metrics, demonstrate business impact, and present solutions to operational stakeholders, VPs, and C-level leaders.
Requirements
•5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, or Technical Business Analysis.
•Strong experience leading discovery and understanding complex business processes.
•Ability to challenge existing workflows and assess why processes are performed in a particular way.
•Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems.
•Ability to discuss AI and automation without needing to be a Software Engineer.
•Strong process-mapping and requirements-engineering skills.
•Ability to turn ambiguity into structured, build-ready solutions.
•Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
