What you will do
•Build customer-facing product features and the AI agents powering them.
•Own systems across architecture, development, deployment, and production operations.
•Work on AI agents, large-scale data, and reliable production systems.
•Take features from architecture through deployment and resolve real production issues.
•Contribute hands-on in a small, high-output engineering environment.
Requirements
•3–7 years of software engineering experience.
•Strong production experience with TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
•Experience deploying and operating applications on AWS.
•Experience building and shipping AI agents into production.
•Strong understanding of system design and production engineering.
•Experience owning features from architecture through deployment.
•Comfort debugging and resolving real production issues.
•Strong software engineering fundamentals.
Nice to have
•Experience building LLM evaluation frameworks.
•Experience with feedback loops or self-improving AI systems.
•Experience working with large datasets.
•Terraform or infrastructure-as-code experience.
•Strong observability experience.
•Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar tools.
•Products, side projects, or open-source work built outside of employment.
•Experience taking an idea from 0 to 1 and independently identifying and solving problems.
