About the project
Join a project run for a life insurance market leader and support the transformation of software development processes using the latest AI solutions.
Your tasks
•Leading AI implementations in the area of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from needs analysis to scaling solutions.
•Collaborating with business, managers and IT teams on defining and executing an AI adoption strategy.
•Designing and implementing AI agents, workflows, prompts and good practices supporting development, testing and application maintenance.
•Supporting and training teams in the use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and M365 Copilot.
•Defining standards, monitoring the effectiveness of implementations (KPI, ROI) and ensuring the security and compliance of AI solutions.
Who we are looking for
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role (Software Developer, DevOps, QA Automation or similar).
•Experience implementing and using AI tools that support the software development process.
•Ability to build AI agents, workflows, prompts and integrate AI solutions with development processes.
•Knowledge of LLM, RAG, agentic architectures and modern software engineering practices supported by AI.
•Experience leading workshops, trainings and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
•Ability to assess the business value of AI solutions and measure the effects of implementations.
•Knowledge of the financial organizations environment and requirements related to security and compliance.
•Independence, analytical approach and readiness to work in a hybrid model from the territory of Poland.
