The company works on practical AI adoption projects, likely for enterprise clients including financial sector organizations. It requires at least 5 years of technical experience (dev, DevOps or QA), hands-on knowledge of AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Cursor, LLMs, RAG and agent architectures, plus strong communication skills to work with both technical teams and management. The role is hybrid, based in Warsaw, requiring at least one office day per week and service provision from within Poland.
