We are looking for an Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Lead to develop our affiliate and influencer marketing efforts around our Multilogin product.
Multilogin creates digital avatars—browser and mobile profiles with unique digital fingerprints, location, and parameters that look like individual devices. They allow you to manage dozens of accounts on social media, e-commerce, and other online platforms, creating distinct digital identities for people, companies, and AI agents. Multilogin creates avatars for everyone. And for everything.

What you will be doing:
Development of the affiliate direction and growth strategy
Forming the strategy for developing affiliate marketing and influencer work considering business goals. Defining target partner categories, priority promotion channels, cooperation formats, and promising markets.
Attracting and expanding the partner network
Independently finding, attracting, and onboarding key partners and influencers. Testing new acquisition sources and cooperation models, developing the existing network and increasing partner engagement.
Results management and optimization
Tracking the results of partners' work, the quality of acquired traffic, and the economic efficiency of payouts. Optimizing cooperation terms and working to improve conversion, customer lifetime value (LTV), and return on investment (ROI).
Analytics and reporting
Maintaining regular reporting on the affiliate direction, analyzing key metrics, identifying growth points, and proposing solutions to improve efficiency.
Developing relationships with partners and retaining them
Building long-term relationships with key partners, maintaining regular communication, developing successful collaborations, and ensuring stable growth of the partner network.

What we expect:
•2+ years of experience as an Affiliate/Influencer/Partnership Manager or Lead
•Proven experience in growing affiliate or influencer marketing
•Understanding performance metrics, traffic quality, and affiliate program economics
•Excellent communication skills and confident English (primary communication with partners is in English)
