Global Legal Network | Ventures & Acquisitions
The Global Legal Network is a global organization with professionals distributed across multiple countries, specialized in delivering innovative, high-value legal solutions. Our team partners with Accenture's legal teams around the world to drive operational efficiency, delivery excellence and strategic business support. The Ventures & Acquisitions (V&A) area provides legal advisory on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investment transactions, supporting risk analysis, due diligence, contract negotiations and business integration.
What you'll do day to day
•Provide legal support for M&A transactions and Accenture's strategic investments.
•Participate in legal due diligence processes, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
•Review, analyze and support negotiation of contracts and transactional documents related to acquisitions and investments.
•Interact with global Legal, Procurement, Contracting and Legal Integration teams across different geographies.
•Coordinate activities and deliverables of specific projects, supporting area leadership in demand management.
•Analyze commercial, client, supplier and strategic alliance contracts present in transaction data rooms.
•Develop training materials, checklists and process documentation to support pre- and post-acquisition activities.
What we're looking for in the person who will join the team
•Prior experience in Corporate Law, M&A, corporate matters or complex contracts.
•Excellent analytical capability and legal and commercial risk assessment skills.
•Ability to work in global and multidisciplinary environments.
•Proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented profile.
•Good communication and relationship-building with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Additionally, the following knowledge is desirable:
•Experience in international mergers and acquisitions transactions.
•Experience in contractual and corporate due diligence.
•Knowledge of post-acquisition integration.
•Experience in corporate law firms or multinational legal departments.
•Familiarity with international projects and high-complexity environments.
Mandatory requirements
•Advanced English for written and verbal communication.
