This role covers end-to-end recruitment operations for around 40 roles, including sourcing, screening, interview logistics, offer negotiation and onboarding support. What this job involves

•Responsible for Recruitment operations & end to end recruitment (approx. 40 roles)

•Sourcing, screening, interview logistics, candidate assessment, comp negotiation, Offer release, post offer engagement and enable onboarding

•Stakeholder management, regular reviews and meetings with the hiring managers

•Update and publish TA dashboard

•Manage effective source of hire. Direct sourcing, leverage external career site, Professional networking site, drive internal talent mobility etc.

•Partnering with stakeholders and execute all the aspects of TA to drive the deliverables of the Account along with Manager

•Attracting Diverse Talent
