This position covers the region: Wuppertal, Leverkusen and surroundings.
You are communicative, customer-oriented and love building and strengthening partnership relationships. As Account Manager you look after our top partner restaurants in the Wuppertal, Leverkusen and surrounding area and help them optimize their performance and make full use of our platform's potential. You see your work as an opportunity to create real added value and actively drive collaboration forward.
Responsibilities
•Customer support: You are the first point of contact for our top partners and actively support them in achieving their goals and ensuring their satisfaction.
•Strategic consulting: You analyze the KPIs and individual challenges of partner restaurants, create tailored optimization plans, and support their implementation.
•Sales and up-/cross-selling: With your sales talent, you convince our partners of additional products and services that further strengthen their business.
•Internal collaboration: As an interface, you coordinate closely with other teams to ensure problems are solved quickly and effectively.
•Data-based planning: You use tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace to strategically develop your region and make your successes measurable.
Your Profile
•Professional experience in account management, sales, or a comparable role
•An independent, structured way of working – ideal for home office
•Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with a solution-oriented mindset
•Ability to flexibly adapt to new challenges
•IT affinity and experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Google tools (Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
•Ideally knowledge of or interest in the restaurant/gastronomy industry
•Very good German skills; English skills are a plus
•Driver's license and willingness to work in the field in the region
