About the Role
VISAVIS is looking for an Account Executive | Corporate to manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients and actively contribute to acquiring new business. We are looking for someone with experience in corporate insurance, the ability to build lasting relationships, and commercial initiative to identify opportunities and turn them into new clients.
Responsibilities
•Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring close and personalised support.
•Understand each client's business, identify risks, and propose suitable insurance solutions.
•Develop the portfolio by identifying new needs and opportunities among current clients.
•Identify and contact potential clients, conduct sales meetings, and follow up on proposals through to completion.
•Prepare market enquiries, analyse proposals, and negotiate terms with insurers.
•Coordinate renewals and changes to insurance programmes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
•Coordinate with internal teams on client processes, including claims.
•Promote flexible benefits solutions and digital tools that add value to the offering to clients.
Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in brokerage.
•Proven experience managing corporate clients and developing new business.
•Technical knowledge of corporate insurance and the ability to analyse and present solutions.
•Communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
•Results-oriented, with a focus on service quality and client satisfaction.
•Autonomy, organisation, and a sense of responsibility.
•Ease of use of digital tools.
•Knowledge of English, valued when supporting international clients.
•Interest in and aptitude for technological innovation and digital solutions related to compensation and wellbeing management.
