B2B Insurance Brokers Ltd is an independent corporate insurance broker licensed by the Insurance Companies Control Service. We place business with MetLife, AIG and Allianz, among others. Our clients are owner-managed companies, shipping, fintech and regulated businesses, and we deal directly with their owners and CFOs. We are expanding into Limassol and want one person there to own our corporate portfolio in the city.
Responsibilities
•Take referred corporate clients through risk review, market approach, placement and renewal
•Cover property, business interruption, professional indemnity, D&O, cyber, employer's liability, group health and life, and key-person cover
•Present directly to owners, CFOs and HR heads, at their offices
•Handle the day-to-day running of client accounts, including endorsements, claims support and annual reviews
•Find cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base and develop new business of your own
•Negotiate terms with insurers and keep strong relationships with underwriters
Requirements
•4+ years in commercial lines, at a broker or as a corporate underwriter at an insurer
•ΠΒΑΚ holder or ICCS-registered intermediary
•Confident in front of senior decision-makers, without overselling
•As interested in servicing clients well as in winning them
•Organised enough to run a portfolio without a manager down the corridor
•Fluent in Greek and English
Nice to have
•Further qualifications such as CII or ACII an advantage
Conditions
•€35,000 to €50,000 fixed salary, plus a variable element linked to new and retained business. You choose the balance between fixed and variable.
