About the role
As a Workforce Architect Analyst I, you will support the Workforce Architecture team in building the evidence that connects changes in work to workforce decisions. Working alongside experienced Workforce Architects and functional partners, you will help document how work is performed today, analyze how AI and other changes are reshaping tasks and workflows, and translate those changes into implications for roles, skills, capabilities and capacity. This early-career role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious and interested in how AI is changing work and the workforce.
What you will be doing
•Support discovery and documentation of current work at the task and workflow level, including handoffs, systems, data, controls and where human judgment is applied.
•Gather and analyze workflow, role, skill, capability and workforce data to help establish clear baselines.
•Help document how work is changing — including what may be eliminated, simplified, automated, AI-augmented, agent-enabled or retained for human expertise — and the potential implications for roles and skills.
•Assist with workforce-impact analyses and scenarios, using data and evidence to test assumptions and support decisions.
•Maintain clear traceability between changes in work, source evidence and resulting workforce implications.
•Support development of future-state role and capability requirements, including human-in-the-loop responsibilities and decision points.
•Use AI to organize discovery evidence, compare sources, identify themes and draft analysis, while validating outputs against source material.
•Prepare clear analysis and materials for Workforce Architects and business partners, and support tracking of outcomes as redesigned work is implemented.
What You Bring
•Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, economics, data analytics, information systems or a related field.
•Foundational experience with data analysis, process/workflow analysis, workforce or people analytics, business analysis, or transformation through coursework, internships, projects or professional experience.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize information, identify patterns and communicate findings clearly.
•Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, visualization or collaboration tools to develop analyses and support decision-making.
•Interest in AI, emerging technologies and how changing work affects roles, skills and workforce needs.
•Curiosity, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer You
•Competitive salary and excellent benefits
•The chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in financial services & technology
•A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities
•Time to support charities and give back to your community
•A work environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respect
