More about the role
Start: as soon as possible (20 hours per week)
As a working student, you will become part of the Sales Support team in Hamburg, responsible for operational process improvements, organization of all workflows and tasks around our largest customers in the B2C day-to-day business. This responsibility extends end-to-end, meaning it accompanies the entire sales process from listing maintenance, creating reports, order processing, logistics tracking, etc. This role is part of the DACH Sales Organization, and we work closely with all areas and relevant internal departments as an interface to the customer.
Your tasks
You will be close to the customer and to sales - on a wide range of topics of different types and complexity.
•Support the Sales Support colleagues in operational day-to-day business (processing customer/sales requests)
•Independent project work (e.g. analysis and sustainable improvement of customer-relevant processes)
•Support monitoring and compliance with relevant KPIs
•Work on strategic projects beyond Sales Support
What you bring
•Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain / Logistics, or similar
•Proactive, solution-oriented, independent, and structured way of working, as well as coordination skills
•Reliable work even under time pressure and the ability to oversee complex matters
•The will to continuously drive things forward and improve them yourself
•Customer orientation, communication, teamwork, and contact skills
•Interest in business administration
•Fluent German and very good English skills
