About the Company
THE/STUDIO builds SaaS platforms for product creation and on-demand manufacturing. Its Customize Now platform connects customers with on-demand manufacturing, while Source Anything enables them to work with global factories beyond THE/STUDIO's network.
Responsibilities
•Own the structure, messaging, and conversion of the website and key product pages; plan and run measurable tests, and ship changes with design and engineering
•Build the customer journey after the first order, including onboarding, reorder triggers, win-back, and repeat paths
•Own recurring revenue goals together with the Head of Marketing
•Define positioning for THE/STUDIO and each product line across customer segments
•Maintain a single source of truth for messaging used by the website, ads, sales, and the AI sales agent
•Plan, write, and run lifecycle and marketing emails
•Turn sales calls, customer conversations, and reviews into copy, page changes, and new tests
•Measure work using revenue and CRM data, including conversion rate, repeat revenue, and repeat order value
Requirements
•4+ years in B2B or e-commerce marketing, owning website conversion, messaging, or lifecycle
•A track record of building copy and pages from real customer research rather than assumptions
•Experience building lifecycle or email programs with demonstrable revenue results
•Solid A/B testing fundamentals, including sample size, a single primary metric, and a minimum effect worth acting on
•Ability to own work end to end with little supervision, from strategy to a shipped page or flow
•Fluent written English
Nice to Have
•Experience with funnels combining self-serve and sales-led buying
•Hands-on experience with a CRM such as Pipedrive or HubSpot and an email platform
•Experience writing prompts or knowledge bases for AI sales or support agents
•Background in custom manufacturing, merch, or print on demand
