•Deeply understand product challenges, research user pain points, and translate them into clear, intuitive UX solutions
•Maintain and systematically scale design system components, tokens, and libraries in Figma
•Prepare design files for developer handoff, document interaction logic and UI states, and participate in reviewing implemented pages before release
•Use AI tools (Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT) in routine workflows to improve efficiency and speed up delivery
Requirements
•3+ years of experience in a product or service company, with a strong focus on Web design
•Proficiency in Auto Layouts, Components, Variants, Variables/Tokens, and Styles
•Experience working with web graphics, illustrations, or basic micro-animations
•Knowledge of grids, responsive design, and basic HTML/CSS constraints to collaborate effectively with developers
•Hands-on experience using AI tools in your workflow
•Understanding of basic Web metrics
•Ability to justify design decisions based on user needs and business goals ("Why are we doing this?")
•Ability to work autonomously, ask the right questions, and see tasks through to completion
Nice to have
•Experience designing interfaces for mobile applications
Conditions
•Official employment and a competitive salary
•Paid vacation + 5 personal days per year
•Support for growth: the company covers professional courses, books, and conferences
•Private health insurance (including dental coverage)
•Internal English classes
•Fast skill growth in a startup-paced environment
•A culture of openness, respect, and honest feedback
•Minimal bureaucracy — maximum impact and momentum
