About the Role
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. We are looking for a German-speaking VIP Account Manager to manage relationships with our high-value clients. The ideal candidate has experience working for a CySEC-regulated company, a valid CySEC Basic Certificate, and a strong understanding of client relationship management in the Forex/CFD industry.
Responsibilities
•Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools
•Promote company products and services to high-value clients
•Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers
•Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention
•Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor
•Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement
•Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
Requirements
•Fluency in German (native or C1+ level)
•English proficiency at B2 level or higher
•Mandatory CySEC Basic Certificate; CySEC Advanced Certificate is a plus
•Proven experience working for a CySEC-regulated company
•Experience in the Forex/CFD industry, preferably in VIP account management or a similar client-facing role
•Experience working with regulated EU clients
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•High level of responsibility, professionalism, and attention to regulatory compliance
