VIO Data Specialist

We are looking for a VIO Analyst to support the maintenance, updating, and quality assurance of TecAlliance's automotive databases across South America. We are seeking an analytical professional with strong attention to detail and an interest in the automotive industry, who enjoys working with data and collaborating in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Analyze, convert, and process data from different sources and systems
•Review, update, and ensure the quality and consistency of automotive databases
•Prepare technical documentation and validate cataloged information
•Support the development and updating of South American databases, with a special focus on the Brazilian market
•Provide support to customers and business partners by clarifying and updating information when needed
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
•Knowledge of and interest in the automotive industry
•Experience with data analysis and database management
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros and VBA are considered a plus)
•Strong analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail
•Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments
•Advanced English is essential, as this position involves frequent interaction with international teams and reporting to global leadership

Work Model
Hybrid work model. The frequency of office attendance will depend on the employee's place of residence and may be required once a week or once a month.
