Your role
Do you have experience in leadership within software development, test equipment, systems development, or technical leadership, and want to take the next step in your career? Within Product Unit Anti-Ship Missiles at Saab Dynamics Missile Systems, we are looking for project managers who want to be part of developing the RBS15 anti-ship missile system.
In this role, you will lead technically advanced development and delivery projects together with specialists in software, electronics, systems and test. You are responsible for the project's deliveries and create the conditions for the team to succeed, while also driving technical and operational improvements.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with experience in a leadership role within the development of complex technical systems, who thrives at the intersection of technology and leadership. You may currently be a project manager, technical lead, systems lead, or have held a leading role within software development or within test and verification work.

•Have experience in product development within software, electronics, test equipment or similar technical areas.
