We are recruiting for our subsidiary LE HELLO, a Call Center Auto Parts Salesperson (M/F) for our agency in LE MANS (72).
Your Missions
Reporting directly to the Agency Director, you are the privileged partner of our professional clients and actively contribute to the development of your sector's revenue.
In a context of a newly created position within the agency, you will be required to:
•Work in direct contact with customers over the phone
•Communicate with the customer, identify their needs and advise them
•Search for requested parts in our databases
•Prepare quotes
•Handle customer returns and complaints
•Process customer orders, following up to ensure customer satisfaction
You will join a team of about forty passionate employees.
Your Profile
With a CAP or BTS type training in specialized sales or in the field of automotive mechanics, you have experience in selling technical products and ideally a good knowledge of heavy truck spare parts.
You are comfortable with IT tools.
Rigorous and organized, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills and wish to join a dynamic company that places importance on training and the development of its employees.
