Responsibilities
•Understand user needs, business challenges, and product goals, translating them into effective digital solutions
•Plan and facilitate discovery activities, workshops, and user sessions to gather insights and validate concepts
•Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and scalable design systems
•Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle, from roadmap definition to implementation and documentation
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
•At least 5 years of professional experience, including experience in digital product environments and Agile methodologies
•Strong hands-on experience with UX/UI Design, Design Thinking, Design Systems, product discovery, and roadmap definition
•Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and Matomo
•Experience with backlog management, user research, personas, user journeys, prototyping, and product documentation
Nice to Have
•Knowledge of AI-driven experiences, conversational design, Copilot Studio, Git/GitHub, and Scrum/Kanban certifications
