Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our teams and lead strategic compliance initiatives, with a strong focus on GDPR (RGPD) and regulatory requirements. This role requires a highly autonomous professional capable of managing complex projects end-to-end, coordinating multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance with defined processes and controls, and driving delivery in demanding and fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
•Lead and coordinate compliance-related projects, particularly those involving GDPR requirements and regulatory obligations
•Ensure that defined controls, procedures, policies, and compliance requirements are effectively implemented and maintained
•Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, aligning priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables
•Structure and manage action plans, documentation, evidence repositories, validation processes, and control mechanisms
•Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, deviations, and roadblocks, while driving timely resolution
•Facilitate governance and follow-up meetings, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and execution of agreed actions
Requirements
•Experienced in project management within compliance, governance, risk, audit, or other regulated environments
•Proficient in GDPR principles, regulatory frameworks, and compliance-related operational processes
•Skilled at coordinating multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments
•Strongly process-oriented, with a structured approach to controls, documentation, evidence management, and validation activities
