Description
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer for a project in the banking sector. The role involves designing digital products, analyzing user needs, and collaborating with business and technology teams to create intuitive and useful solutions.
Responsibilities
•Designing digital products with a focus on user needs
•Participating in design workshops such as Design Sprint and Design Thinking
•Preparing and conducting usability tests and qualitative research
•Verifying business assumptions in the context of user needs
•Creating and developing solutions in accordance with the Design System
•Collaborating with UX/UI teams, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders
•Presenting design recommendations and implementing findings from research
Requirements
•Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
•Ability to independently plan work and select methods and design tools
•Knowledge of research methods and experience in conducting usability tests
•Experience participating in design workshops, e.g., Design Sprint and Design Thinking
•Familiarity with tools such as Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Zeplin
•Experience working with a Design System
•Analytical thinking skills, creativity, and focus on user needs
•Communication skills, independence, and ability to work in a team
