Responsibilities
•Participate in the conceptualization and design of apps and websites for large organizations
•Collaborate on user research (benchmarking, interviews, tests, analysis)
•Define information architectures and user flows
•Design wireframes and navigable prototypes in Figma
•Contribute to the visual design of interfaces following design systems
•Work alongside senior profiles in all phases of the UX/UI process
•Synthesize user insights to inform design decisions
•Create low- and medium-fidelity wireframes and functional prototypes
•Apply usability, visual consistency and accessibility criteria
•Integrate feedback iteratively to improve each deliverable
Requirements
•2+ years of UX/UI experience
•Training in UX/UI Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design or similar
•Proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping and collaborative work)
•Basic knowledge of research, architecture, wireframes and UI
•Good level of English and Spanish
•Proactive attitude, attention to detail and a strong desire to learn and grow
