About the Role
I'm working with a well known global organisation that is looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a high performing digital product team on a contract basis. This role would suit someone who thrives in fast-paced product environments and enjoys turning complex requirements and data into intuitive, user-centred experiences. You'll work closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders to shape and improve digital products used by a large international customer base.
Responsibilities
•Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs across web and mobile experiences
•Conducting and applying user research, usability testing and customer feedback
•Simplifying complex information and data into engaging, easy-to-use experiences
•Building reusable design patterns and components to improve consistency and scalability
•Working within agile product teams to rapidly test, learn and iterate solutions
•Collaborating with product managers, developers and business stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle
•Leveraging modern AI-powered design tools to support ideation, prototyping and workflow efficiency
•Balancing multiple projects and priorities while focusing on customer and business outcomes
Requirements
•Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries
•Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools - Figma Make, Loveable, Replit etc.
•Experience running A/B testing and experimentation programmes
•Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and user-centred design principles
•Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, journey maps and user flows
•Strong understanding of usability, accessibility and user research methodologies
•Experience working within agile product teams
•Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
•Comfortable working with complex digital products and data-rich environments
