Responsibilities
•Participate in innovation and exploration projects, designing user-centered digital solutions for different business needs.
•Conduct UX Research, including user interviews, usability testing, and other research methodologies to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.
•Design low-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user interfaces, ensuring intuitive and effective user experiences.
•Contribute to the conceptualization of new digital products and solutions, from initial exploration to design delivery.
•Analyze user feedback and research findings to propose improvements and support design decisions.
•Prepare research reports and presentations explaining the design process, key findings, and benefits of proposed solutions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and visually engaging solutions.
•Adapt to changing project requirements and explore different design approaches and technologies in a dynamic innovation environment.
•Present and communicate design concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
•4+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, working on digital products and user-centered solutions.
•Strong experience in UX Research, including user interviews, usability testing, and qualitative research methodologies.
•Solid knowledge of UI Design, wireframing, prototyping, and design specifications.
•Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
•Experience in product conceptualization, translating user needs and research findings into innovative design solutions.
•Ability to analyze research data, identify user pain points, and turn insights into actionable design improvements.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
•Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
•Based in Barcelona or willing to work in a hybrid model with regular office attendance.
