Saxum provides interim UX and product design services, placing designers within one client organization at a time to work on digital products and design systems.

•Critically examine the underlying question and adjust the direction where needed
•Gather input from users and stakeholders and translate it into thoughtful UX solutions
•Work end-to-end across the UX process, from customer journeys and flows to wireframes and design systems
•Collaborate with stakeholders and explain design decisions
•Actively contribute to the team’s quality beyond individual designs
Требования
•4 To 7 years of experience as a UX Designer working on digital products beyond static pages
•A completed relevant higher professional education degree that included research methods
•T-shaped expertise: one deep specialization and familiarity with the full UX process, from customer journeys and user flows to wireframes and design systems
•Strong ability to gather the right input and translate it into thoughtful solutions
•Clear communication and ability to work with different types of stakeholders
•Proactive and independent, with good judgment about when to align or ask for help
•A portfolio showing what you created, how you approached it, and why
•Excellent Dutch and fluent English
•Available for 32 to 40 hours per week

•Salary between € 3.800 and € 4.700 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on experience, with room for growth
