UX Designer – Interaction Design (w/m/d)

Your Tasks
•From the first wireframe to pixel-perfect designs and complex prototypes: you design interfaces for app and web, driving forward the UX and UI of our app, website and online banking.
•You have brand guidelines and best practices not just on hand, but actively develop and evolve our design system, UI and pattern libraries, and interaction standards.
•You know: looks aren't everything. That's why you closely examine the UX together with colleagues from the Customer Experience team and derive effective measures to eliminate pain points.
•With a sense for relevance and the goals of the Centre of Expertise Experience Design and the bank, you carefully prioritize tasks and challenges, coordinate with stakeholders from Business, IT and Management, and confidently handle the interface between local and global governance.
•In all of this, you have an eye for new technologies and explore and implement sound AI use cases that noticeably and sustainably improve our design workflows and UI quality.
Your Profile
•Completed degree in e.g. UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or similar
•Several years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI or Interaction Design, ideally with a focus on mobile banking
•Comprehensive knowledge of design thinking and user research methods, as well as experience with Figma and prototype development
•Extensive practice with design systems and UI libraries as well as AI-based workflows and features in the design environment
•Enjoyment of interdisciplinary, agile and international collaboration
•High quality standards, enthusiasm, resilience and interest in the possibilities, trends and limits of web and app technologies
•Ability to think beyond one's own horizon and develop sustainable solutions
•Fluent English and German, written and spoken
