About Humanoids
We are Humanoids. The new generation of UX designers & developers. Founded by specialists, run by specialists. Humanoids is a team of around 40 UX designers and developers. From Rotterdam, Amsterdam and at our clients' locations, we work on apps, webapps, tools and platforms. We do this for clients such as Port of Rotterdam, Rabobank, Consumentenbond, Nationale Nederlanden, Uber and the Ministry of the Interior. We are currently looking for new candidates for our UX Traineeship, which starts in February 2027.
Requirements
•You have serious UX ambition
•You are highly educated
•You have a solid dose of analytical and problem-solving ability
•You have a relevant education, or can convince us that your education is sufficiently relevant to the UX field
•You have some design experience and can show some work
•You live in the Randstad
•You speak Dutch as a native language or at a professional level
Conditions
We offer these talents a traineeship of 1 year. The traineeship consists of a 6-week crash course in which you operationalize your practical UX skills, followed by 12 months of working. At the same time, we come together for a full day every week for our training program, and you are actively guided by our people. After the traineeship, we would like to work together for a longer period and ensure that you become a senior with top prospects on the job market!
