Responsibilities
•Analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points before proposing solutions
•Design elegant and effective solutions
•Connect flows and product surfaces beyond individual screens
•Present design work and explain decisions to product, engineering, and business stakeholders
•Update acceptance criteria and document design logic
•Own the full cycle from ideation and design through review, feedback on the final test build, and post-release iteration
•Collaborate with product managers, product designers, and developers
•Solve problems across the employee portal, employer portal, and customer support admin dashboard
•Build and update design system components so patterns scale across teams
•Contribute to redefining how people work around the world
Requirements
•5+ years of end-to-end product design experience for web and mobile apps
•Strong B2B product experience
•Strong UX and UI knowledge and practice, with a portfolio demonstrating well-reasoned, polished work
•Experience designing with and contributing to a scalable design system
•Ability to balance in-depth work with execution
•Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
•Genuine passion for design
•Comfortable working within a development team, taking initiative, and contributing from ideation through design QA
•Strong communication skills and ability to clearly present reasoning to design peers and business stakeholders
Nice to have
•Experience in HR, payroll, fintech, or other compliance-heavy domains
•Curiosity about emerging technologies and active experimentation with AI
•Experience with AI-related features or AI tools in the design process
