Responsibilities
•Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Developers, and Editor groups to define, design, and deliver extraordinary products.
•Take charge of functional design and create wireframes, from rough sketches to rich prototypes.
•Conduct extensive product research based on support tickets, data, competitor analysis, etc.
•Map all scenarios and create product flows.
•Drive the full design cycle, from inspiration to a working, pixel-perfect product — using AI tools to prototype and validate ideas hands-on.
•Analyze data and conduct usability sessions with real users once a product is launched.
Requirements
•3+ years of UX + UI design experience in product teams.
•Strong grasp of UX patterns and the product lifecycle - from research to prototyping, design, usability testing and more.
•Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude and Codex, with enough technical and development knowledge to build functional prototypes, understand code, and collaborate closely with engineers.
•Proficient in working with Figma with strong focus on building and working with a design system.
•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a passion for continuous learning.
•Strategic thinker who quickly grasps complex systems and turns them into clear, pixel-perfect design solutions.

The Editor Platform group is at the core of Wix's ecosystem, building the infrastructure that runs Wix's core product, the Editors. We are a fundamental part of the company, driving innovation and enabling growth for millions of users globally. We consist of Product manager, UX, BA, Content, Dev, and Ops to deliver the most significant impact and value. We define the strategy and scope of tools and products at Wix, then work closely with management and many cross teams to execute our products on a scale. We research the market both inbound and outbound, understanding our versatile user base's needs, intents, and emotions - from SMBs and enterprises to independent users, agencies, and entrepreneurs worldwide. Our goal is to ensure our users can build any site they want and be proud of it.
