Spotware Systems develops cTrader trading apps for mobile, web, Windows, and Mac.
Responsibilities
•Handle trader requests across tickets, app store reviews, Trustpilot, Discord, YouTube, and other community channels
•Explain features and resolve issues clearly, adapting communication to each channel and audience
•Report bugs and issues to Product Owners, share user feedback and recurring pain points, and follow up until they are resolved
•Coordinate with Customer Success Managers on broker-related cases, escalate partner issues, and ensure traders and brokers receive consistent answers
•Respond professionally to public reviews and feedback, turn negative experiences into positive ones, and highlight cTrader's strengths
Requirements
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail
•Ability to manage several channels and priorities simultaneously
•Interest in trading and financial markets
•Team player with a proactive, ownership mindset
Nice to have
•Additional languages
•Knowledge of CFDs, forex or trading platforms
•Experience with cTrader or a similar trading platform
•Experience with Freshdesk, YouTrack or similar tools
