Trader Support Specialist

Spotware Systems is looking for a motivated Junior-level Trader Support Specialist to join our team and become the voice of cTrader!
What you'll do:
•Support traders via tickets, app reviews, Trustpilot, Discord, YouTube and other channels.
•Help users resolve issues and answer questions.
•Communicate user feedback and report bugs to Product teams.
•Work closely with Customer Success on broker-related cases.
•Help maintain a positive cTrader community and brand reputation.
What we're looking for:
•Excellent written and spoken English.
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
•Interest in trading and financial markets.
•Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
•Motivation to build a long-term career in Trading Support.
Nice to have: Experience with trading platforms, Forex/CFDs, Freshdesk or YouTrack.
