Full-time office-based role in Limassol, Cyprus. Relocation support is provided.

What you will do
•Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and Jenkins.
•Automate infrastructure and application deployments using Ansible and, where applicable, Terraform.
•Manage Kubernetes clusters, CNIs, networking, ingress, DNS, load balancers, Helm, and helm-file.
•Implement monitoring, observability, and distributed tracing with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, VictoriaMetrics, ELK, and OpenTelemetry.
•Support and optimize Java-based microservices in production, including profiling, containerization, and runtime management.
•Maintain security practices for CI/CD, secrets, static analysis, and incident response.
Requirements
•3+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
•Production expertise with Helm, helm-file, Ansible, GitLab CI, and Jenkins.
•Strong experience supporting Java-based microservices and understanding microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, and the CAP theorem.
•Deep knowledge of Kubernetes core components, CNIs, networking, Linux systems, TCP/UDP, DNS, load balancing, and ingress controllers.
•Experience with monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, VictoriaMetrics, and VictoriaLogs.
•Familiarity with OpenTelemetry distributed tracing and secrets management with Vault and Sealed Secrets.
•Competency in Go, Python, and Bash scripting.
•Proven ability to support incident response and on-call rotations.
Nice to have
•Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform.
•Familiarity with service meshes such as Istio or Linkerd.
•Knowledge of advanced networking, including eBPF, Calico, Cilium, and IPVS.
•Experience with profiling tools and JVM troubleshooting, including Eclipse MAT and jmap.
•Exposure to CI/CD security practices and static analysis tools such as SonarQube.
